Main responsibilities:
Evaluate the performance of supplier quality, ranking and developing.
Execute quality assessment to potential new supplier and support sourcing activity.
Lead “Supplier Progress Tracking” to make sure the flawless launch of new business.
Follow up supplier’s resolution for any quality incidents caused by supplier in production.
Monitoring Supplier’s on-going quality performance and drive supplier’s continuous improvement to aim 0 defects.
Manage and approve supplier's change control in production.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree above in Electrical/Mechanical related area, with a good understanding of? electric controls and/or mechanical technologies
Above 5 years experiences of quality assurance, preferably supplier quality management and management in a multinational environment
Rich knowledge/experience of manufacturing process on electrical/electronic industry and /or machining, metal forming, casting, welding, etc.
Technical / Professional Knowledge, Building Trust, Communication, Planning and Organizing, Decision Making, Adaptability, Quality Orientated (will follow AP standard dimensions)
Good internal and external communication, efficient and organized
Good computer operation skills & familiarity with MS Office (WORD, EXCEL etc.)
Ability to work well with people in an environment of mutual trust and cooperation
Knowledge on ISO9001 Quality Management System
Lean Manufacturing experience
Knowledge of raw materials, i.e. mechanical and electrical parts preferred
Fluent using basic quality tools
