| Position Title: Manufacturing Engineer |
| Job Summary：Be responsible for process design.? Be responsible for process management and continuous improvement after |
| SOP. |
| Primary Duties and Responsibilities： |
| 1、Be responsible for process design of new project, insure meet the requirement of APQP and project timing. |
| 2、According to process flow, plan production equipment and tooling with team member.? Setting process parameter, |
| participate equipment install and trial run. |
| 3、Finish the quotation of the new product. |
| 4、Synchronize with the advanced techniques in the global, digest and use these techniques during new product launching. |
| 5、Be responsible for process on site and engineering change after SOP.? Conduct continuously improvement on process. |
| 6、Participate in customer issue analyze and solving. |
| 7、Analyze defects in process; assist other engineer to solve issues. |
| 8、Finish PIFF of manufacturing department. |

| Responsible for Costs： |
| Cost control in process design，manufacturing cost. |
| Analytical Requirements： |
| Good analysis and issue solving ability. |
Qualification and requirements： |

| Education: bachelor degree, major in mechanical or chemical professor |
| Experience: 2 year working experience in project management or automotive industry. |
| Skills: |
| 1、Be familiar with the TS/ISO16949 |
| 2、Work hard, strong interpersonal and expressional abilities expression, enterprising and good team worker. |
| 3、Familiar with IE basic knowledge |
| 4、With fluent English |

| 工作概要：为了新产品投入生产和日常生产的正常进行，根据公司程序文件和CTM流程，对新产品进行过程开发，对产品批产后的现场工艺 |
| 实施监控和持续改进。 |
| 岗位职责： |
| 1、完成新产品过程开发工作，确保开发过程符合APQP和CTM要求和项目进度。 |
| 2、根据工艺流程，会同项目组相关人员策划生产设备和工装，确定过程参数，参与生产设备安装调试。 |
| 3、完成新产品报价，满足报价要求。 |
| 4、保持与行业最新技术和方法的同进，能够在新产品的过程开发中消化并运用这些技术。 |
| 5、产品批产后，负责产品的现场工艺和工程更改，对产品工艺持续改进。 |
| 6、参与客户质量问题的分析和解决。 |
| 7、分析过程缺陷，协助横向工程师解决相关问题。 |
| 8、完成制造部新产品报价。 |

| 经历:2年相关工作经验，具备项目管理或汽车行业经验 |
| 技能： |
1、熟悉TS/ISO16949标准
