| Job Summary |
| Take the responsibility to ensure product advanced development and program launch and implement the APQP process according |
| to the company system. Control the output quality of cross-function team. |
| Primary Duties and Responsibilities |
| 1、Plan APQP and implement QFD, insure meet the requirement of APAP(CTM). |
| 2、Be responsible for keeping touch with every project teams to prepare and hand in PPAP files of new program in time. |
| 3、Take part in new program PPAP process and CP audit of supplier with SDE and give out opinion if the supplier meets the |
| requirement of YFK SOP. |
| 4、Be responsible for auditing work including PSO and 2TP (GP9) audit. |
| 5、Be responsible for training of quality coordinator and inspector and evaluation of parts quality for new program. |
| 6、Be responsible for supervise the track and certificate every audit improvement action measures for new program.? Audit |
| the quality system on a pre determined regular basis. |
| 7、Create <Product Specification> to insure the complete information of new product. |
| 8、Be responsible for module gage and component gage planning and building. |
| 9、Take the leader in customer complain in advance phase. |

| Experience：above 2 years of quality engineer experience, automobile industry background. |

| 1、Inner Auditor |
| 2、Experience of TS16949. |
| 3、APQP，PPAP，SPC，MSA |
| 4、System thinking and team working. |
| 5、Able to work under owns initiative. |
6、Fluent English |
| 7、Familiar with MS office software |

| 工作概要 |
为了确保新产品先前开发和投产正常进行，根据公司程序文件和部门规定，实施和监控新产品APQP过程，监控整个项目先期开发的先期质量 |
| 策划和项目小组工作输出质量。 |
| |
| 主要任务和职责 |
1、策划新产品的先期产品质量策划，实施QFD，确保过程与APQP(CTM)要求相符。 |
| 2、和项目组接口，新项目PPAP文件准备和按时递交。 |
| 3、与质量部接口，参与供应商新项目PPAP生产的过程和试生产版控制计划审核。 |
| 4、审核各新产品PSO、2TP(GP9)和GP12，并进行整改。 |
| 5、对质量员、检验员进行新项目检验的质量培训。 |
| 6、监控新项目审核整改行动措施的跟踪和验证。 |
| 7、负责创建项目的《产品手册》。 |
| 8、负责新项目总成检具和进料检验检具的策划和制造。 |
| 9、负责新项目开发中的客户抱怨的回复、解决和关闭。 |
