| Job Responsibility: |
| Propose overall design configurations based on capabilities and standards. |
| Communicate with core engineering centres to facilitate detailed design and drawing creation. |
| Initiate and coordinate prototype requisition and responsible for on-time delivery to customers. |
| Conduct design reviews to ensure product design meeting customer requirement and standards. |
| Develop test plans and coordinate tests following in product development. |
| Initiate and manage engineering/drawing changes to meet customer needs, improve product design, or reduce cost. |
| Support SDE in supplier development and localization for new and existing products |
| Perform any necessary customer support activities |
| |
| Major Requirements: |
| Critical skills, abilities and characteristics necessary to perform job responsibilities. |
| Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills. |
| Experience with ECU application, testing, and diagnostics. |
| Experience with CAN communication, interface, and testing. |
| Knowledge of electric motor design and application. |
| Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills. |
| Leadership potential. |
| Oral and written English proficiency is required. |
