| Responsibilities: |
1、Market data collection and analysis on China automotive electronics aftermarket, including Regulator, Rectifier, |
| Alternator and Starter. |
| 2、Identify and establish OE business for China automotive electronics. |
| 3、Identify and establish China Alternator/Starter marketing strategy and sales channel. |
| 4、Identify and follow up new product development and return on investment. |
| 5、Coach and training to China sales and customer service team. |
| 6、Manage, measure and improve China customer service level and sales performance. |
| 7、Maintain relationship with key customers. |
| |
| Requirements: |
| 1、The candidates should possess a tertiary education in Mechincal/Electrical Engineering. |
| 2、5 to 10 years of working experience as Sales Manager position in China automotive electronics. |
| 3、Familiar with China automotive electronics, both OE and aftermarket. |
| 4、Strong capability and hands-on experience to manage key customers, sales and customer service team. |
| 5、Speaking English is a required. |

| 4、对大客户、销售和客服队伍有强大的实战管理能力; |
| 5、英语口语能力是必须的; |
