| |
| Job Description – General Manager |
| 1、Plans, develops and implements organization policies and goals. Insures that Corporate annual goals are met. |
| 2、Coordinates activities of the departments including operating, manufacturing, engineering, quality, purchasing, material |
| planning, repair and maintenance, sales, etc. to effect operational efficiency and economy. |
| 3、Direct and coordinate the manufacturing of products for Transpo Electronics and other key customers. |
| 4、Insure an effective and positive Quality Assurance system and continuous improvement measures are in place. Insure all |
| production workers are adequately trained in assembly and soldering techniques. |
| 5、Insure ongoing maintenance of the factory’s ISO9001 and TS16949 quality systems. |
| 6、Analyzes division or department budget requests to identify areas in which reductions can be made, and allocates |
| operating budget. |
| 7、Directs preparation of directives to department administrator outlining policy, program, or operations changes to be |
| implemented. |
| 8、Promotes organization in industry, manufacturing or trade associations. |
| 9、Responsible for performing to production schedules and within financial budgets. |
| 10、Provide Weekly summary report on production activities, production volumes manufactured versus goal, production yields, |
| tooling status and a summary of any problem issues. |
| 11、Provide Monthly reporting summarizing financial and production performance for the month with comparison against budget |
| and plan. |
| 12、Coordinates with local Government authorities as required. |

| Supervisory Responsibilities |
| 1、Manages seven subordinate direct reports who supervise a total of 500 employees in the Manufacturing, Purchasing, |
| Planning and Scheduling, Quality Assurance. |
| 2、Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of all of these units. |
| 3、Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. |
| 4、Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; |
| appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. |

| 职责: |
| 1、制定发展计划、策略和目标。确保公司每年的目标实现; |
| 2、协调各部门的运作,如:运作部,制造部、工程部、质量部、采购部、物资部、维修部、销售部等。使各部门有效并经济地运作; |
| 3、监督和协调畅博电子产品的制造及其他的大客户的产品的制造; |
| 4、确保(具备)有效的质量保证体系,同时持续的改进方法是到位的。确保所有的生产工人在生产线和焊接技术方面受过正规培训; |
| 5、确保至将实施的ISO9001 和TS16949质量体系; |
| 6、分析各部门的预算,控制成本,分配运作的预算; |
| 7、制定行政部门的制度、程序以及实施; |
| 8、促进与工业、制造或贸易协会的关系; |
| 9、负责按财务预算制定产品的进度表; |
| 10、完成每周的工作报告,内容涉及:生产情况、产品完成量、生产收益、工具消耗以及出现的问题; |
| 11、完成每月报告,按照预算和计划简要的写明财务和生产状况; |
| 12、与当地许可证颁发的政府部门保持良好关系; |

| 要求: |
| 1、管理七个下属部门,人数500人,在制造、采购、计划和进度、质检等; |
| 2、负责相关部门的管理、协调和评定; |
| 3、按照组织政策和有关法律制定出管理职责; |
| 4、负责面试、录用和员工培训,工作安排和监督,核定绩效,奖惩制度,以及处理投诉并解决问题。 |
